Hebrew Readings II and Aramaic

Hebrew and Aramaic readings in Daniel and Ezra and the brief occurrences of Aramaic in Genesis, Jeremiah, the Gospels, Letters and Revelation. God chose Hebrew and Aramaic as the languages of His first revelation of His works, promises and first covenants with His people, a choice highly appropriate for His eternal purposes. The course builds skills in form, sound, syntax, semantics and exegesis useful in the understanding, interpretation and exposition of God’s Word. This in turn informs students’ ministries of the Word, preaching, teaching, evangelism, missions and apologetics, and in benevolence, a high priority of God throughout both Testaments.
